How to make kitty high-heels

Gather all your supplies. (Water-proof shoe spray and paintbrush not shown)

Tape your shoes where you want the kitty's face to be.

Paint on first layer, let dry.

Second layer. Let dry.

Take off tape...

Carefully cut out ears from tape...

Paint a semi-thick layer. Let whole thing dry for awhile.

Peel off tape again and touch up edges if needed.

Paint. I ended up painting them with a toothpick.
