Slice up some onions and put em in some olive oil in a big pan
Wash up some baby potatoes (this is 2 bags) and boil em till you can poke it easily with a fork
Slice up some green and purple cabbage and throw em in there with some salt pepper and some cider vinegar (1-2tbls). Cook until wilted
Mix in about a 1/2 stick of butter, some chives, about 2 Tbls of whole grain mustard, salt, and pepper. Done!
While your cabbage and potatoes are cooking throw the sausage in a pan cook them most of the way on all sides and add apples garlic parsley pepper flecks, green onions
Cook until it looks like this.
