Sauté the veg with olive oil , garlic

Fresh mushroom sauté

Blend a few tomatoes and sauté with onion and galic

Pita bread for the base

Microwave half chicken breast and shredded it into long thin pieces

Place a thin layer of the tomatoes on the pita bread followed by the veg , mushroom and top it with cheese

Voila , simple and delicious pizza ( these were made by my 2 & 4 yrs old kids , I mean the arrangement )
