INGREDIENTS

In small bowl mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, dried parsley, dried Italian seasoning, Parmesan and bread crumbs.

Once all the dried seasonings are mixed up, add to the meat and mix.

After the dried seasonings and meat is mixed up, add the two beaten eggs and the can of tomato sauce. Mix well but be aware of the texture.

If the meat has too much moisture, add bread crumbs as needed, to thicken.

Shape into a loaf or use a loaf pan to form the desired shape. *Add Bacon strips to top if desired for additional flavor :)

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 150-160 degrees. Pull out of oven. Allow a few minutes to cool and... Enjoy!!!

  • 2.0lb Greenwise 8% lean beef
  • 1/2tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1/2tsp Onion Powder
  • 1.0Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
