This is my version of a traditional finnish dish. There are many variations of how to make it. I dont use the oven this time but you would if you followed a traditional recipe.
Cut the meat to chunky pieces.
Boil water and fry the pork fat.
Chop all vegetables to big pieces.
Chop also the onions.
Add salt peppers and bay leaf.
Add the fat on to the water
Fry all meat.
Add strong beer.
Fry oniona
Skim the blood.
Fry the vegetaples
Serve the stew whit potatoes and black pepper.
