Soak the lentils before you start prepping
Chop up the vegez and add to a pot with butter or olive oil
Oh please don't throw away the celery leaves. We'll use them later along with parsley
To the vegez add garlic
Then add potato
And sausage. Let cook for sometime.
Then add tomato pulp, broth, kale, lentils, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and basil leaves cover and let cook for about 25 mins. Add minced parsley and celery leaves once done.
