Peel leaves from stalk and cut across in 1-2 inch strips

Peel leaves from stalk and cut across in 1-2 inch strips

Wash/dry kale. Peel from its stalk, cut it into 1-2" strips Add 2 table spoons of olive oil / spread evenly across cookie sheet. When oven is at 275, add kale. Flip at 10 min and bake another 10.
