Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the eggs and milk together in a separate bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk together until thoroughly combined.
Use the Wilton egg pans. Coat with pan-spray.
Ladle 1.5 oz. of batter into each opening.
Bake in the Vector for 4 minutes at 400 F (204 C) with 50% fan.
Let them rest for 30 seconds to a minute after removing them from the oven.
