STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Start with 3 cups cold juice. Leave another cup in fridge.
Pour the 3 cups into pan.
Add 3 cups sugar.
Stir it together.
Taste. Should be a bit TOO sweet.
Bring up to boil then turn off heat.
Grab the last cup of cold juice.
Add 3 packets of gelatin.
Like so..
Stir till all lumps are gone.
Add to the original 3 cups that are not on heat.
Taste. Should be just right. It still looks thin as water. But trust me. It will set.
Pour into jars.
*Hey you don't have to use "canning jars" for this. This jelly stays in the fridge till eaten. So reuse any glass..like this jar..
..yep same kind of jar! Save these jars with their lids and reuse them.♻
Okay back to the jelly.. Pour the jelly liquid in, put on a lid. Set out till room temperature.
When gets to room temperature, put in fridge. This jelly stays in fridge till eaten.
Check it 3 hours later. Oh yea! We got jelly!
Try it by the spoon..
..or my Fav..on a biscuit. Enjoy!
