This the curry roux I'll be using !! There are 4 different level of spices be here I'm using the hot one which is not even the highest yet
The ingredient are as simple as that. Cut the carrots and potato in a bigger sizes or else it will soften to easily
Add some olive oil and cooked the onions until soften
Add the meat , here beef and cook and it turns into a cooked color
Prepare 500ml of water to add to the saucepan
Poor in when the meat is cooked
Let it boil
Then remove the foam with a spoon or spatula
Simmer for 10 minutes before adding the veggies
Let it boil again then simmer it again for 10~15 mins
Cut the curry roux according to the container
Add 3 to 5 cubes after turning the fire off ( adding more cubes makes it thicker )
Mix until the roux melts
The let it simmer for 10~15mins
No others seasoning should be added because the roux has already all the taste you need
Done
Prepare a big bowl of rice
And scoop the curry with plenty of sauce to enjoy mixing it with rice !!
- 2.0 Potatoes
- 2.0 Carrots
- 5.0 Curry Roux cubes
- Any meat ( chicken/beef)
- Rice
- 1.0 Onions
