In the bowl, peel the ripe bananas into bite size chunks.
Mash the bananas chunks into a smooth consistency with a fork.
- 1 egg or (egg whites if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup light Olive oil (or other to fry)
- 2-3 EXTRA ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar (I like brown mmm)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- A fork
