Drain the jalapeños
It's completely up to you how much you put in. This is how much I like.
Fill the jar halfway and go ahead and mix it. This will make it easier to evenly distribute the jalapenos when you add the rest of the mustard.
Fill the jar to about half an inch below the lid and mix again.
Now just put the lid on it and let it rest for A few hours. It's good now, ut it will get better if you wait.
- 1/2c Chopped jalapeños drained
- 1.0 Pint jar with lid
