GELATO CREAM
Shake the RED OF THE EGGS only
This is the eggs' whites with which you can bake meringues for decorations :) it is not necessarily for the gelato
Add the sugar to the eggs
And mix it until it taste smooth (for 5/6 mins)
Add the milk
And mix like this
Shake it
Add the milk cream
While mixing
Turn on the gelato machine or you can also use your freezer to make gelato! This machine mix for 40 mins and at the same time it froze the mixture! If you don't have it you have to mix every 10 mins
And this is the gelato! Put it in the freezer for 2 hour before adding it to the cake!
Now let's bake the base of the cake!
Separate the 2 eggs' reds from the whites
Mix the whites until they look snow
In the reds' pot add the sugar and mix
It has to seem smooth like this
Add the flour and mix
Like that
Add the whites
Mix and add the yeast
Put the mixture in the baking try previously greased
Put it in the oven at 180 C
Let it cook for 30 mins
Remove the upper and lower part
Let's bake the entire cake
Take some sugar
And add some water to pour the base of the cake
Take a baking tray and cover it with aluminum foil! Add only half of the GELATO and add some chocolate chips! Put this in the freezer for 2 hours
Take the tray and add some Nutella! Then add the other half of the gelato
Then pour the base cake with the mixture of sugar and water and put the cake at the end of the tray! At the top of the gelato
Wait for other 2 hours making sugar decorations

- 250.0ml Milk Cream
- 500.0ml Milk
- 8.0 Red of Eggs
- 150.0g White Sugar
- For the cake base
- 100.0g White flour
- 100.0g Sugar
- 2.0 Eggs
