STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and gather all of your ingredients.
Take the baguette and cut it into 1 to 2 inch thick pieces.
Use 1/3 of the olive oil to cover both sides of the crostini.
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and place the crostini then set aside.
Take 4 or 5 pieces of the prosciutto and place on a different baking pan. (No cooking spray needed.)
Put the crostini and the prosciutto in the oven and have them cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile begin preparing the artichoke spread.
Cut your basil in half
Juice your lemons
And zest your lemons
Put the artichokes, cheese, basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper all in a food processor.
Pulse for 15 seconds then add in the olive oil that is left while the food processor is running. The spread should become smoother.
Place the spread over each crostini.
