Put all the ingredients in a bowl
Put the eggs in and whisk them well
Drizzle the pan with some vegetable oil pour your omelette. Cook till well done on both the sides.
Serve it just like that or toast some bread and assemble your sandwich. Enjoy!!!
Few people also add chopped mint leaves and some lime juice in it. It's too many flavors for me so I skip these two if you think you will like it use it as per your taste :)

- 1.0 Cup chopped onion
- 1.0 Handful cilantro
- 1.0 Green chilli
- 1/2 Tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 Tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 Tsp red chilli powder or paprika
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
