Take Chopped fried leg pieces of a lamb, clean it thoroughly.
Now take a cooker and heat the ghee and add ginger garlic paste, then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, bay leaf and cloves, mix it thoroughly and add chopped leg pieces.
Mix it thoroughly...
Now add 3 cups of water...
Then on top of it add chopped onions and place the lid and cook for 3 whistles.
Keep it 3 whistles..
Then cook for 1 hr in a low flame.
After an hour take out the leg pieces out..
Take the leg pieces in a separate bowl.
Now add mint leaves and coriander leaves in the cooker..
Now add 6 glasses of water to it..
Then boil it...
Now add the flour paste to the mixture and cook..
Now add the separately taken out leg pieces and cook in a low flame for couple of minutes.. meanwhile you can deep fry the onions..
Deep fry the onions...
Take out the crispy deep fried onions separately..
Now add that fried onions as a toppings on the soup and a part of oil to it...
