Here's what I used. The only thing I have to buy special is tahini, but you can make so much hummus, and tastes great, so it's worth it in the end!
First, chop up the chickpeas in a food processor. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend away!
You can add an extra Tbs of lemon juice if it needs it. Delicious and great with carrots, celery, cucumbers, apples, pita chips, sandwiches.. Anything really!
- 1.0 Can of Chick Peas
- 1.0Tbsp Tahini
- 0.0c Olive Oil
- 1.0Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.0 Clove of Garlic (1/2 tsp chopped)
- 0.0tsp Salt
