INGREDIENTS

Combine the chick peas, olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice and curds in a mixer and blend to a smooth mixture. Add a little water if only required.

Spoon the mixture into a serving plate and pour olive oil and sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it.

Refrigerate till use.

  • 3/4c Boiled white chick peas
  • 3.0Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4.0 Cloves Garlic
  • 1.0Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3.0Tbsp Fresh curd
  • 1.0Tbsp Olive oil (garnish)
  • a little chili powder (garnish)
  • 1.0tsp Finely chopped parsley (garnish)
