Take a jelly roll pan, line with foil and spray with the cooking spray. Shake off any excess flour mixture and place them in a flat layer on the pan. Don't crowd it. You want them to be crispy.

Spray the top side of the wings also for a crispy finish. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 45 min turning once or twice.
