Make sure that the wings are thawed and patted dry
Mix the flour, salt, and ranch powder in a ziploc bag. Put half of the wings in the bag, seal, and shake-shake-shake until they are fully coated.
Take a jelly roll pan, line with foil and spray with the cooking spray. Shake off any excess flour mixture and place them in a flat layer on the pan. Don't crowd it. You want them to be crispy.
Spray the top side of the wings also for a crispy finish. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 45 min turning once or twice.
Whisk your melted butter and favorite wing sauce together. I used Louisiana wing sauce.
Put the baked wings in a big bowl.
Pour the sauce over the wings and stir to coat well.
Lastly, serve with ranch dressing, bleu cheese, another favorite sauce or eat them plain!
