Ingrediens needed (butter is also there - but outside the picture, when it is zoomed in)
Chop the almonds coarsely
Remove the vanilla inside vanilla pod
Add butter and honey to a pan
Add vanilla and mix it together
Add dry ingredients to the butter/honey mixture
Mix together and roast until it is lightly golden and crisp. It takes approx. 10 minutes
Add the hot muesli to a baking sheet and let it cool completely
Separate it with your fingers, if it sticks to much together
Store in an airtight container. It will last for approximately 14 days
