Preheat oven to 150°C and line pan with patty paper cases.
Over a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar and honey together until slightly frothy.
Slowly mix in cornflakes and stir together. Make sure all the cornflakes are covered generously with the mixture.
Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and bake for 10 minutes, let cool and serve.
Store in an air tight container at room temperature.
