Combine sugar and dry milk.
Add warm water, butter and mix well.
Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved.
Warm the milk until boiling.
Allow it to cool for 15 minutes ,, the you can refrigerate it.
You can keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 day.
- 1/4c Instant Dry milk
- 1/2c Warm water
- 3/4c Granulated white sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
