How to make homemade see's dark chocolate bordeaux's
Ever been to See's candies? Ever tried their Dark Bordeaux's? Have you ver fell in love with them? These are a dead ringer! So good, and so easy! Try them out for yourself! :)

INGREDIENTS
Melt butter and brown sugar together in a sauce pan over medium heat, and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Gather your heavy cream, espresso powder and salt in a small bowl.
Here's the brown sugar butter mixture bubbling!
Don't forget to stir stir stir!
Sift powdered sugar into a large bowl!
Chop chocolate into small pieces.
Remove from heat and add sugar and cream to brown sugar and butter mixture.
Stir until fully combined! Chill in refrigerator until hard, but pliable.
Scoop out balls of the Bordeaux filling, and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Just like that!
In a double broiler, temper your chocolate.
Perfectly smooth!
Using a metal tooth pick, or fork dip balls into chocolate.
Submerse completely in chocolate.
Remove carefully!
And place on parchment paper.
Keep at it, don't get frustrated, these little babies are worth it!
Chill in the fridge for an hr or so, and then serve! **Warning** these are addictive!
