Team assemble!

Measure out your milk and cream

Put in non stick pot with a tsp salt and stir

Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and remove from heat

Add in 3 tbsp of vinegar and stir

Wait 1 minute and let it curdle

Get cheesecloth in a bowl and strainer thing ready!

Pour in and let the whey separate from the curds

20-25 minutes later... The longer you wait the thicker the ricotta will be :)


Finished product! I ate mine with some honeycomb and crusty sourdough bread! Yum!
