Add sugar & water to medium sized saucepan.

Bring to a boil. For thinner syrup remove immediately after bringing to a boil.  For thicker syrup, boil two minutes, stirring constantly.

Use a funnel to pour into containers.  I used these mini jars for a family breakfast, so everyone had their own.  The remainder I poured into a glass jar with a lid.

Store any leftovers in a covered jar in the refrigerator.  Can be warmed in microwave or stovetop for a warm syrup.
