Supplies!

Place the minced garlic in the lemon juice and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, add ΒΌ cup of water to the lemon and garlic mixture.

Puree the chickpeas; add the water and lemon/garlic mixture, mix.

Mix the olive oil, tahini, cumin and salt in a bowl.

Add mixture to the chickpea puree, and blend until smooth!

Serve and enjoy!
