Get your pan.

Put it on the 7 (medium to high heat)

Put in your chocolate and let it melt.

Like this

Get 1 cup of milk

Then put in 1/2 cup of it in the pan

Like this and mix

Then get your other half of milk and mix

Should look like this (or a bit darker) depends on the type of chocolate you use.
