These hamburger buns were super easy, and a big big hit! We're never buying store bought buns again! These are cheaper too!

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Mix milk, water, and butter in pan, heat until butter is melted.
Add a tablespoon of honey!
Ta da. Melted! Set aside until the mixture lowers to 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
Meanwhile... Sift together four and salt!
When milk mixture lowers in temperature, crack an egg in and begin whisking. Don't allow it to settle inside, or the egg will begin to cook.
Whisk together flour and yeast.
Whisk away!
Start pouring, mixing together the milk and flour. Alternate between the batters finishing with the flour.
Let your dough hook do its thing!
After your dough has kneaded for about 8 minutes, it should be elastic and smooth.
Separate it into 12 equal amounts and roll dough into balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Cover and let rise until double in size. 1-2 hrs.
When buns have risen, brush them with and egg wash, and bake for 10 min in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Beauties!
Let cool completely (at least 15 min) until slicing carefully.
Get ready for your evening burger to get a makeover, and boy does it taste good!
Enjoy the freshness!
Let the compliments start rolling in... :)
