I used broth from a roast I made in the crock pot the other day

Get a strainer because you'll want to catch the excess

Strain broth through into a pot

Set broth in stove and set heat to medium

Start adding flour slowly. The amount of flour will effect the thickness of your gravy. Give it some time to heat and thicken before adding more

Stir well

Add some seasoning to taste


Stir your seasons in well

Top to your meal and enjoy!
