Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Mixture should be moist like wet sand.
Spread in even layer on parchment paper lined sheet pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes in 325 degree F preheated oven.
Must stir EVERY 10 minutes while baking.
Should be golden brown.
I stir in an additional 1/2 c shredded coconut while granola is still warm. Once completely cooled, store in airtight container.
- 3.0c Old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4c Shredded coconut
- 1/2c Chopped walnuts
- 1/4c Canola oil
- 1/4c Honey
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
- Parchment paper
