Combine all ingredients and mix for 2 minutes to create a soft dough. If the mixture feels dry add more water 1 T at a time.
Create 16 Equal Balls of Dough
Place a ball of dough between 2 sheets of plastic and press flat with a tortilla press
Flattened Tortilla Should Be 5-6" in Diameter
Cook Tortillas for 50 Seconds on an Ungreased Griddle or Bake on a Tortilla Rack for 7-8 Minutes at 375 Degrees.
