Combine the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla into a small bowl. Once everything is stirred together put aluminium foil over the top and let refrigerate while other steps are being prepared.
After placing the mix in the fridge to chill, place the cookies into a one gallon zip lock bag. Then using a rolling pin, or your hands break up the cookies but be sure to leave some larger chunks.
Once you have put the ice cream maker together pour in the cream mix, then wait until the last 5 to 6 minutes and slowly add the cookies.
After all of the cookies have been put in, let stir another 2 minutes and take out. If not serving right away place in freezer until ready to eat.

- 20.0 Chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1.0gal Zip-lock bag
