Brown the beef. While it cooks drain and rinse the beans, mince the parsley & chop the tomatoes.

Drain the fat from the beef then add the beans, corn, & tomatoes. Add the tomato sauce and seasonings, along with enough water to cover the mixture.

Cook on med-high heat until the chili comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer until thickened.

Enjoy with your favorite fixins! I added shredded cheese & sour cream (more fresh parsley just for the photo shoot lol) & a slice of cornbread. Delicious!!

  • 1.0lb Ground beef
  • 2.0 Fresh tomatoes
  • 1.0 Can of Black beans
  • 1.0 Can of Dark red kidney beans
  • 1.0c frozen corn (or 1 can)
  • 2.0tsp Fresh parsley
  • 4.0Tbsp Chili powder
  • 2.0Tbsp Ground cumin
