Slice a bit of the cheese

Dip in flour and make sure its covered
Start by making half of meat patty
Place the cheese in the middle
Now cover with some more meat
Cheese is now in the middle of your bugger parry well done
Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Get your condiments ready
Slice all you favourite burger toppings
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes
I find it helps to covered in foil to help it cook all the way through
Flip over
Start building your burger
Adding lots of toppings
Add burger patty
Add some sautéed mushrooms
A bit more blue cheese if you dare
