Cut your apples first into 1/4's. Then shave off the shell of the apple. Then cut out the seed area.
Then dice up the apples as much as possible.
Now add the apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon into a pot.
Stir the ingredients well.
Put top on the pot and cook on medium for 15-20 min.
Mush the now soft apples, with a fork or a potato smasher until it looks like applesauce. Best served really warm or really cold.
Tastes best either really warm or really cold, not in between. Enjoy!
