How to make home made pizza

Mix one packet of yeast in a warm bowl of 1 cup of water

In another bowl or bread machine mix 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 cup of bread flour, tbs of salt, tbs of sugar

Add yeast water to bowl after 10 mins

Use bread machine to knead for 10 mins or mix with hands(warning this is messy)

This is what it should look like, add more flour if need until it forms a ball

Let sit for an hour and a half to rise

Preheat oven to 500 after it rose

Take about half the dough and put on a well floured surface, start to form your pizza by hand

Once you've formed it to your size make sure you build a crust area(not my best product)

Sauce the pizza as desired

Put your first layer of cheese down, make sure it covers the whole area

Add your favorite toppings

Add a second layer of cheese that covers toppings

Bake in oven on bottom rack for 12 mins

Once done let it sit for about 5 minutes before cutting and eating. Congrats you can now save money by not buying $10 pizza's and make as many as you want.
