Gather all of your supplies

Separate all the dry in ingredients from the wet ingredients

In any order, start measuring and putting in all of your dry ingredients into your medium sized bowl.

Then measure and put all of your wet ingredients into the same bowl

Get fork and start stirring for about five minutes until everything is blended together.

Next you want to start your and heat it up to about 450 degrees. Make sure to spray pam on the griddle before starting

When it's completely heated, get ladle and fill it with pancake batter, then pour it onto your griddle

Keep watch of your pancake. You know when to flip the pancake when the batter on top starts to bubble. Flip it.

After you flip it the first time wait until it bubbles again and then take it off of the griddle.

Make sure it's golden brown, then get out your butter and syrup. Pour it on... and enjoy!!!

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • medium sized bowl
  • ladle
  • flat pan or griddle
  • fork
