Add Vaseline ( doesn't matter how much)

Then add any color lipstick

Mix until you get the consistency you want (if Vaseline is to jelly but it in the freezer for about 30 mins or so)

Vaseline really helps chapped lips but don't eat for Vaseline can't be harm ful if ate
