I soaked the chickpeas for about 8 hours
Cooked the chickpeas for about half an hour. Some people peak the skin off, I don’t. It is up to you if you want to keep them on or peal them off.
Peak garlics and grate them or just use the food processor to grind them.
A cup of Tahini. ( the recipe of how to make your home made Tahini is in my previous post).
Add all ingredients into your food maker and grind them all together. Balance the taste with salt and paprika.
Drizzle olive oil and paprika on top and enjoy with bread or carrot stick or celery stick. Share with friends and family and spread the love with them.
