Gather your supplies.
Chop your bell peppers.
Chop the onions.
Chop the potatoes and mix everything together.
Add the French onion soup to the bowl.
Put the potatoes in the microwave for 10 total mins. I put it in for 4 mins at a time and stirred.
While your potatoes are cooking, start your bacon. You want it to be slightly crispy on each side.
Once the potatoes are done, stir them one last time and drain any liquid.
Add your potatoes to a skillet with high heat.
Add the black pepper.
Add the seasoning salt.
Add the garlic salt. Stir the mixture so all the ingredients are stirred in. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Once the potatoes are finished cooking, year up the bacon and add to the mixture.
Now add the cheese. Normally you used cheddar, but I only had Mexican blend.
Stir the cheese together with the mixture and let it melt until it looks yummy like this.
Serve with your favorite breakfast, lunch, or dinner entrees for a tasty treat. ^_^
- 3.0 Potatoes, medium
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 3.0Tbsp French onion soup
- 3.0 Bacon slices
- 1.0tsp Seasoning salt
- 1.0tsp Garlic salt

- 1/4c Cheddar cheese, shredded
