INGREDIENTS
Mise en place your ingredients.
Use a blender to mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Place the eggnog into a Cryovac bag.
Seal the bag in a Cryovac machine.
Steam at 172F (78C) for 30 min.
Chill in the QC chiller for 20 minutes or overnight.
Top eggnog with grated nutmeg and serve!
- 6.0c Milk
- 12.0 Egg yolks
- 2.0c Heavy cream
- 0.0c Vanilla bourbon
- 4.0Tbsp Rum
- 1.0c Sugar
- 1.0tsp Nutmeg
- 4.0Tbsp Brandy
