How to make high protein scrambled eggs
I'm crazy about protein, I can't seem to get enough especially when I'm starting a workout routine. This recipe is great for a pre and post workout meal.
Put a spoonful of Greek yogurt in a bowl
Separate egg whites. I threw in one yolk because I like yolk lol
Whip until the Greek yogurt is mixed in and looks like this.
Chop up your onion and bell pepper.
Cut up turkey
Put butter, onions and peppers in pan
Sauté to your liking
Add whipped eggs and greek yogurt
Scramble and mix eggs with peppers and onions
Place on your favorite cheese and eat! Lots of protein! Top with salt and pepper if you like😊
- 3.0 egg whites
- 1.0 Spoonful of Greek yogurt
- Bell pepper
- 1.0 Slice of turkey
