With protein powder! I used phase 8 milk chocolate by muscle tech! Gives a very good taste!
- 2.0Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/2oz Chia seeds
- 3.2oz Apple sauce
- 1/2c Oatmeal
- 1/2c Whey protein
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
