STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Lay out your pork ribs and the spices for your rub.

Mix all your spices together and rub on both sides of your ribs.

I like to wrap the ribs in Saran wrap. I prefer to place them back in the fridge and let them sit for another day or two to let the meat soak up the seasonings.

Once they have sat for a day or two, get ready to put them in your smoker.

I use an electric smoker and wrap my pieces of hickory in foil to create a better smoke. Make small holes in your foil to release the smoke.

Add water to your smoker. I check my water after 2 hours. Do not check too often!

Add your ribs and patiently wait. These two racks will take about 4 hours.

Checking water at 2 hours. Do it quickly!

Ribs are done when your temperature is 170 degrees. Plan on about 45 minutes per pound. Enjoy!
