Make sure you get Ritz CHEESE bits NOT peanut butter :-)
Mix all ingredients (except crackers) in the gallon ziplock bag.
Add crackers into the bag.
Carefully mix together, slowly turning from one side to the other, without crushing the crackers. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, turning the bag every so often to keep the crackers coated.
Let crackers come to room temp before serving. (Although they are just as good cold!) Store in the covered container in refrigerator. Careful...these are addicting!
