Make Healty Christmas Muffins With "Snow-Frosting"

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: almond flour, maple sirup, baking powder, cardamom (ground), gluten free flour, eco-fridndly eggs. Put oven on 175 degrees celcius.

Ingredients continued: rapeseed oil, shredded (unsweetened) coconut, cooking spray

Tools: bowl, spatula, measuring jug (I used my blender as a measuring jug this time), muffin tray, tablespoon.

Blend all Ingredients for the muffins in a bowl

Add to tray. Heat on 175 degrees celcius for 10-12 mins.

Take out of the oven when golden

Let the muffins cool for 10 mins before applying frosting

Blend together Ingredients for "snow-frosting" in a blender until it looks like this. Pour into a bowl and apply to the cooled muffins (can be put in the freezer for 10-20 mins to settle a bit more)

Drizzle some cardamom on each muffin. (Frosting and muffins can be stored in the fridge)

Ready to eat! Enjoy that Christmas feeling 🎅🏻❤️
- 2.0c Almond flour
- 1.0c Gluten free whole wheat flour
- 1/4c Maple sirup
- 1.0Tbsp Cardamom (ground)
- 1.0Tbsp Baking powder
- 3.0 Eco-friendly eggs
- Cooking spray
- Frosting
- 1.0c Shredded coconut
- 3.0Tbsp Canola oil/other natural oil
- 2.0Tbsp Maple syrup
