Ingredients: tomato, red chilli, garlic, kale, corn tortilla, quark, light shredded cheese, black beans
Ingredients cont.: Sea salt, rapeseed oil
Tools: griddle pan, spatula, knife, tablespoon, chopping board

Prepare/chop all veg.
Mix together tomatoes, garlic and chili
Cut corn tortilla into triangles
Fry in griddle pan with a little oil until it gets nice grill marks
Put all ingredients on a plate with the tortilla chips on the side and quark on top. Enjoy 😋💚
