INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients
Put all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir it all together until it is evenly mixed
Sift the mixed dry ingredients two times
Put all of the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and stir it all together until evenly mixed
Pour the mixed wet ingredients to the mixed dry ingredients
Let the pancake mixture sit for about 10 minutes
Get a quarter cup of the mixture
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and pour olive oil
Pour the pancake mixture into the skillet or griddle
Cook the pancake mixture for 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes until bubbles start to form and break
Flip the pancake when it is golden brown and cook the other side for about 1 minute
Put maple syrup if needed
Repeat steps 7-11 until the pancake batter is finished
