Ingredients: gluten free oats, almond flour, vanilla bean paste, freeze dried (unsweetened) strawberries, sunflower seeds, medjool dates, peanut butter
Tools: measuring jug/cups, baking tray, baking paper, bowl, tablespoon, teaspoon, blender
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl first.
Put in the blender and pulse until well combined (I like to mix half of the oats after to make it a bit more chunky).
Add to the baking tray. Decorate with some dried strawberries on top. Press down and form into a square shape. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy 😋 (might need to cool a couple of minutes before it can be eaten). Store in the freezer.
- 1.0c Gluten free oats
- 1/4c Sunflower seeds
- 1/2c Almond flour
- 10.0Tbsp Dried (unsweetened) strawberries
- 1.0Tbsp Bee pollen
- 1.0Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1.0tsp Vanilla bean paste
- 5.0 Medjool dates
