Low fat cream cheese, greek yogurt, lemongrass, sugar snap peas, garlic, green curry paste, turkey breast, quinoa,herb spice, fry light (butter).
Ingredients: greek yogurt, low fat cream cheese, lemongrass, sugar snap peas, garlic, green curry paste, turkey breast, quinoa, herb spice, fry light. Chop all veg and dice the turkey breast.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Put in a baking tray with fry light and heat for 15 mins on 175 degrees celcius.
Cook quinoa (follow description on package) until all water is gone.
Put in a bowl with a tablespoon of greek yogurt. Enjoy😋
